SPIRIT AIRLINES GROUP INTERVIEW :
Hi , first you gotta dress up PROFESSIONALLY , and wear your smile :)
1.)The first part of the group interview is going in front of everybody , say you're name and your candidate number .. you pick a question on a bowl and answer it .
2.)Second part is you're gonna be grouped into 4 or 5 depending how many you are in the interview . You are going to list 5 traits of a Flight Attendant , then you have a big white paper where you draw an airplane and make your own "Airline" . Remember , this is a group activity so please do cooperate !! :)
3.)Third part is the Face to Face interview .. If you are not eliminated in the First and Second part of the interview process then you go here .
*On the F2F you are going to be interviewed by two interviewers , you're gonna lift 40lbs luggage above your shoulders , and the f2f begins .
*They are gonna hand you a Menu and do a role play as if you are serving them in a flight. Another role play of you trying to handle a passenger and a FA arguing . Etc..

what is your fav tv show ? How are you going to explain internet to a 80 yr old ? Do u think your a better person today than yesterday ? Why ? If you were on a newspaper what will the Title be ? Who is your Idol ? What is your hobby ? Who is your fav Person in History ? Who is your fav tv host ? If you had a party , where will it be held , why ? And so on .. Basically on your own opinion answers .. Smile !
Why Spirit ? Tell us about yourself , Tell me a time u argued with your boss , Why do you want to be a FA ? What are your weaknesses/strengths ? Tell me a time you handled unhappy customer , How would you explain to a customer complaining about paying luggage and food ? And so on ..
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
