Met with a recruiter at a career fair and specifically asked for entry level. The recruiter told me to apply to positions even if I didn't meet the requirements. I scheduled a call with the recruiter and waited over 2 hours, and she later messaged me that she couldn't make it and to reschedule. At the rescheduled interview, the recruiter asked if I had work experience in this field, which I had little to none and the interviewed ended short. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
