I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2023
Interview
I arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes early. There were already hundreds of other applicants present. I was checked in with my Resume and then escorted to a room where I was instructed to remove my shoes to do a reach test. Then I proceeded to an auditorium where others were already gathered. There is where an introduction was given about the company and job along with questions and answers. I was only there for about 7 minutes before I was called to do my F2F interview with a recruiter and FA. The interview lasted about 10 minutes with typical interview questions. The process went well and I really engaged with my interviewers. I was then led to a holding room to wait for the results. About 20 minutes after being in the room, I was called by name along with 10-15 others and we were escorted to the front door. We were then told that I'm sorry that its been such a long day but its about to be longer because you have been selected to move forward. I received a CJO on the spot! I went on to do fingerprinting and begin the paperwork for the background check. Such a great experience!!!
