The whole premise of the interview was just to start “training” you for the life of a flight attendant. It was a lot of waiting around. My interview was later on in the day so it wasn’t too bad for me but there were some people I spoke to that arrived at 10am and were still there around 5-6pm. There’s a lot of waiting around at times as a flight attendant so you must have patience for this. All in all, the interview questions were easy I found every question they asked me online so I had the opportunity to prepare for each one. The dress code isn’t strict at all— I recommend business casual. And just network and meet new people! It’ll be helpful when you move forward. It’s an individual interview and then a group. You’re really only not going to get job if you do something or say something that is painfully obvious you’re not qualified. So I say just show up and prepare as much as you need to just to calm your nerves.

Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
