I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
All candidates line up during 7 am and 8 am then you are asked to go to a line then a spirit employee checks that you have your passport, Driver Licence and SS card originals. And then gives you a name tag with a number and your name. ( I believe at this time you are getting weeded out by look and looks that they are looking for? Then you all go into a large room and get a overview of the company which is very interesting and entertaining! Then your name tag was color coded for a reason and you then are split up into smaller conference rooms then in there you go up table by table and are asked to say your name and number on name tag given and pull a question from a bowl and answer it? I got what person would you like to be in their shoes for a day.... I do not feel that you can know a individual in this process and they are missing out on a lot of great people that would make there company awesome in the future!!
