Make sure u stand out and participate in group activities they are WATCHING YOU. You walk in a main room to get a color badge that will group u with others of the same color so if u make a friend get in the same line so u can get the same color. They play the happy song so let them see u participating. Then they break u into smaller groups based on color and take u into different rooms and u have to say your name and number make sure u speak up and project your voice. Answer the question. They are judging based on how u do this then they make first round cuts. Second activity create an airline and present it. GROUP PARTICIPATION is key. Then they make more cuts. Then face to face. Make sure your able to lift 40 pounds over your head if not automatic disqualification. Because they want to see if you are able to put the average size suitcase in the overhead bins. They take u in another room and call your name if they call u in threes or fours u didn't make it if they call u individually to come to the computer to input information. You got the job. Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
