Interview
First they checked our height, then we went to a room to watch a PowerPoint presentation while the explained to us everything about the company and made questions and if we had any questions. Then we were divided in groups of 6, and had to answer 2 questions about situations that we may face on the job. After that we were taken to a room and waited for about 10 mins. I asked what we were doing there, and they gave an excuse, but I imagine they were making a final decision. So after that they called us, and another recruiter gave us the bad news and encouraged to reapply after 3 months.

- What would you do if a drunk passenger asks you for more drinks? What would you do if a passenger complains about a crying baby?
Multiple steps assessment, virtual and face to face interview with group interview and group activities . long day almost 7 hours . At the end of the day they divide the group into two groups and they give the job offer at that moment
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
