The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines in Apr 2015
Interview
First you complete online application and personality test. Very odd but simple questions and from there if you pass you immediately receive an invitation for the next available interview. If it's not your city of choice don't worry they'll keep sending them til you show up. Now the interview took all day I made I was early, first in first out. Starts with a pep rally and than we break up in groups where one by one we state our name and answer a personal question. "If you can go anywhere where and why?" After they do cuts. Next is a group excercise designed to examine leadership and teamwork skills after cuts. Finally is one on one interview about service and ability to handle difficult customers and sales. If you go for a drug test after this congrats you made it. There are more detailed reviews on here that will lead you to success. Be bright, smile and be friendly and most important look the part.
