You don't make it to the interview if you're white. As soon as the recruiter found out I'm a white person, they never responded, called back, wrote another email, nothing. They are only looking for non white personnel.

Interview

Group setting then a face to face. Did the drug testing and the fingerprinting. Filled out some paperwork and they verified passport and driver’s license. They were very nice and the whole process went smooth!
