I was contacted by the HR of the company asking whether I would be interested. Initial communication was quick and rather organized (with a few hiccups on the road). Phone interview was conducted in a casual and friendly manner. Face-to-face interview was initially promised to be done in Munich, then they requested that I travel to Vienna for the interview. The interview atmosphere was rather relaxed, however mostly the questions were standard and not very specific for this position. Final decision was promised to be made within 3 weeks. After that time I sent an email requesting some feedback or at least an update on when to expect any feedback. The email was ignored and no further response is received, which I find very unprofessional.
