Strong organization with great people. Everyone is quite understandable and professional and you have enough freedom to try to make things happen.

Cons

It fell pray a bit on the "normal" consultancy "easy" strategies offered by consulting firms that have no idea on the industry,

- Work on exciting products, at least in my case - Work with some great people

Cons

- Leadership seems doesn't have clear goal what they want actually - Work environment has become more and more toxic due the management decisions lately - It seems that management doesn't really cares or values workers and engineers who are the core of the company
