The process starts by meeting the recruiter. We discussed my background, experience, wishes, expectations and they presented the company, the perks etc. Afterwards there was an interview with the manager, where we mostly discussed about the job requirements and about my past experience. It was an 1-hour relaxed conversation. As Part 3 of the process I met the recruiter again and they presented the offer to me.
