The process was straightforward. It was about fire weeks. That consisted of phone, panel, and then final interview. Customer support, industry experience, and fast thinking were emphasized. Clear communication, quick HR follow up, and supported onboarding.
Three interviews. However the second interview is the determining interview, with the last one just being a waste of time? As others mentioned, they ghost you. I didn’t have a great feeling after the second interview since the interviewer seemed to be distracted for the whole thing but figured I would ride it out (no eye contact).
Never heard back within the timeline provided so I reached, more as a way to point out how unprofessional it is to not respond to a candidate after three interviews.
