Recruiter phone screen followed by another technical interview and IQ/Personality Online Quiz (Cubits Test)
Totally disorganised and mismanaged company. Apparent in the recruiting process. You could sense the recruiter being disenchanted despite putting the best smile and efforts forward.
You apply to one role and they actually are looking for someone in a completely unrelated industry, such as payments or fraud, which wasn't advertised on the website.
Then, no wonder, the recruiter politely follows up to say that the hiring team doesn't see it as a match for those roles - it's because.... I did NOT apply to any of those roles.
Tip: Don't waste your time with them.
