I interviewed in March 2026. Initially, I interviewed for a role as a Strategic CSM. When I was not advanced for that role, the manager referred me for a role on the Enterprise team. I went through the full process, including a presentation, where I walked through case studies/scenarios. Ultimately, I didn’t get the role, but the entire team handled the process with great care and attention. The recruiter communicated with me through every step and set accurate expectations/timelines, even providing an opportunity to walk through feedback afterward.
