I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I applied online through their website and got an email from a recruiter a couples weeks later. I set up a phone call and had a phone screen which was lovely and proceeded to speak to several other people in the company, lots of interviews for culture fit but also thorough technical screening. They made me an offer pretty quickly and I was ecstatic and accepted quickly
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social (North Chicago, IL) in Nov 2014
Interview
Sprout's process was thorough and challenging but always fair and communication was great.
Found Sprout at a career fair, then had a series of phone screens (first one non-technical, then technical). Afterwards, I was given a coding challenge involving a sample Django application. Finally, I was invited onsite for a series of interviews with more technical questions on data structures and algorithms.
