I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about a position at Sprout. I had 3 rounds of interviews: first a call with recruiter, second a call with the hiring manager, and finally a zoom interview with 2 other PMs, 1 engineer, 1 designer, hiring manager and recruiter.
Both the recruiter and hiring manager were very communicative with me and made sure I had the resources I needed to interview successfully and ultimately make the decision to join. After I got the job offer, almost all of my interviewers responded to my Thank You note with warm, thoughtful responses (something I have never seen before) which solidified my decision that it would be a great place to work.
The company culture at Sprout is incredibly important and something that comes across in the interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social in Nov 2024
Interview
The interviewer was so clear and punctual. I was enjoyed since the style was quite chill just like a conversation with friends. However, I think they should improve the internet connection since they were some freeze from their side.

Question 1
They were asking me about my experiences and how I can apply that to the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social
Interview
Straightforward but very long. Started out with an initial HR screening call talking about my background and interest at Sprout, then moved on to a call with a hiring manager. Typical PM interview questions, talked a lot about product and my previous experience. After this I was scheduled a 3-hour virtual interview panel (normally onsite, was 3 1-hour interviews with 3 different panels). I spoke a PM team, who walked through a case study with me, then an engineering team then a design team. This day was long but everyone was very nice. Finally, after this panel day I was scheduled one last interview with a potential manager.
The HR rep I worked with was super helpful and friendly, and kept the process very transparent. Although it was the longest process I went through, interviewing with Sprout was the best process I have been through because of their transparency and demeanor throughout the period.
