St Charles Health System Supervisor, Supply Chain Logistics & Distribution interview questions

Phone screening by Director, then multiple panel interviews. Some members of the panel were lower-level employees or others that had no direct knowledge of the position. No clear reason for the multiple panels except that the Director didn't seem to want to take on responsibility for making the hiring decision.
