St. Joseph's Health interview questions

I was called within 48 hours of submitting my application. Had a short phone interview followed by an in person interview several days later. Interview was with my department head and another unit’s RN manager (another specialty that I had previous experience in). They explained the job, unit and ratios. They took me to the unit and showed me around. Position was offered via phone call from HR less than an hour later.

1st online test, then 1 online interview and then final interview and then it almost take 2 weeks for hiring. The test comprise of 20 questions. And interview will not be prolonged
