Overall, this whole process went smoothly. I was contacted by a recruiter and had an interview set up the next week. The recruiter asked me about my interests in different clinical areas, and she recommended other areas that I may find interesting. The interview itself also went smoothly. I had a panel interview over WebEx with 2 managers from different floors and 3 clinical nurse leaders. The interviewers were professional, but they also made a few jokes, which lightened the seriousness and helped calm my nerves. The only downfall of this interview is that they had to wear masks because they were all sitting at the same table. It was hard for me to tell which person was asking the question. I was asked multiple behavioral interview questions, which I used to STAR method to answer.
