Short recruiter interview, then interview w/ manager. It wasn't a difficult interview but the manager seemed kind of snobby. I currently work for a top tier firm and wanted a smaller/slower environment. Manager acted as if she was better than me even though my current position is considered more prestigious than hers. I didn't even send a thank-you note as I usually do that after interviews.
