Phone screen was first and the HR person asked behavioral questions about work ethic and personal values. 4 subsequent interviews I had to take 3 trips to the DC because they could not coordinate in one visit. This was very frustrating and I should have taken that as a sign of what was to come. Salary negotiation took about 2 weeks and it was a less then pleasant experience where there was no warm and fuzzy as I had hoed with a large company.
