He asked some pretty basic technology questions as well as asked about previous experiences with customers. After the interview he had me take a knowledge test. It kind of reminded me of a very outdated A+ exam.

When I explained the situation he promptly interviewed me, called Cortland, and proceeded to set up an interview for me directly. When I went to my second interview the sales manager was eager to ask technical questions where the other managers couldn't come up with a non-generic interview question.
