Interview
Was asked general questions about experience with customer service and placing outstanding orders for customers from my old job. Afterwards we discussed my familiarity with technology i.e. printers, computers, keyboards, etc... From there I was told that tech associates may also handle cash transactions and online pickups to which I had no issue with. With all that done they asked me when I could start.

1. Describe your experience with customer service. 2. How familiar are you with office technology? 3. Tech associates may also assist with other duties such as cash register and online pickups are you ok with that?
Straight forward and pretty easy. I applied online and was given a call to come in for an interview. after the interview interview I was offered the position and accepted. the manager interviewing me was reasonable and was able to accommodate my schedule.

Apply Online, Schedule in person. Waited a few minutes for a manager to have free time to meet with me. Taken to their office. Asked a few questions and went over my resume and the job responsibilities.
