I applied through an online form and the manager took my interview face to face and then I got the job after 3 days of the interview. After that, they did the background check and it took a week to do that and after that I could start working.

straight forward, friendly, nothing surprising. we met in the cafe and had a nice conversation. It took about 15 minutes with mostly standard questions...nothing too hard or unique. Polite staff.
