The interview went very well, I was even hired on the spot. However, my follow up experiences has been very disappointing. The following week when I was supposed to start training, the supervisor called out of work. I was not informed of this. When an employee called, the supervisor said she was waiting until the background check cleared (untrue since it only takes 3 days to clear). After another week and a half, I called and spoke with the supervisor and she said she was very behind with her work and said she still wants to train me, but didn't give me an answer when I asked when she would get back to me. I could have had another job in the 3 1/2 weeks waisted waiting to start training.
