The interview was pretty easy-going. The manager was friendly and nice. The interview only takes about 30 mins. It's usually 1-on-1 face time, and they ask you simple questions like what you do in a situation with a bad customer, what service experience do you have, etc.

Over zoom during Covid , average interview, asked why I want to work there and asked different scenarios. Depends on the manager you get, all are different. Every store is also different

ok it was fine, the employer was friendly and asked easy questions, they did not call me back though. that is i think a problem with the company. every thing else was pretty ok.
