Interview was via phone. The recruiter was nice and very thorough. I followed up but never heard back. It's ok that I wasn't a fit for the role. It's unfortunate that their culture is to ghost prospective partners rather than letting them know they have been deselected.

There was an online interview/assessments prior to being called for an onsite interview. During the interview, they not only asked standard questions pertaining to multi-unit management but also asked questions about pairing different Starbucks drinks to their food options. They also had me sample several different menu items. I am not a big coffee drinker so this was a challenge for me.

Very behavioral based, they want details details and results. I recommend following, what was the situation, what action or task did you take or complete, and what was the result
