Appel téléphonique puis rencontre au Starbucks. Entretien rapide, les questions sont basiques pour évaluer la motivation. Pas de diplôme ou d'expérience requise. Ambiance plutôt sympa, responsable et équipe accueillante. L'entretien a duré 10 minutes au maximum. Recherche uniquement des CDD pour la période estivale.

Over zoom during Covid , average interview, asked why I want to work there and asked different scenarios. Depends on the manager you get, all are different. Every store is also different
Easy interview process; under 30 minutes; they ask about pervious work experiences. They also ask questions like: if you can remember a time you went above and beyond at your previous job.

ok it was fine, the employer was friendly and asked easy questions, they did not call me back though. that is i think a problem with the company. every thing else was pretty ok.
