Interview
I was Called to come meet with Store Manager after they reviewed my online application. Interview was less than 30 minutes. I was Offered a free Starbucks drink while I waited for store manager to come out.
The process was simple and easy. They asked basic interview questions and it didn't take more than 20 minutes. After the first interview, there was a second interview with similar, if not the same, questions.
Average interview asked availability and some other basic questions like tell me about yourself and what are your weaknesses but they just keep postings up even when they are not hiring
It is a pretty straight forward process. The Interview will most likely be 15 mins max. They will most likely ask you situational interview questions and your long term goals.
