The interview process begins with them asking you if you would like a drink. Always say Yes. Then they will bring you to a discussion area where the interview will commence
Very simple interview with basic questions such as tell me about yourself and behavioral questions. If you are confident and have decent/solid answers you should have a pretty good chance at getting it.
In person with the manager at the location. Basic questions around past experience and understanding of role. Some situational and behavioral questions asked. Having worked for Starbucks before was an easy experience despite it having been a long time ago
