How would you handle a customer that is not satisfied with their drink?
I came in and they had me sit down at a table for a few minutes. The manager came over and introduced themself and shook my hand. They had me answer a series of questions. It lasted about 20 minutes in all. Asked general interview questions relating to my availability, ability to multitask, team player, open to helping cover shifts when needed, precious work experience, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
I saw a sign that they were hiring, and then I provided my resume to them in person. They called me to come visit them on a certain day and time to meet with the manager.
