I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Starbucks (Fort Collins, CO) in Oct 2023
Interview
Good, pretty straightforward, definitely a lot of identity questions which felt personal and strange for a corporation to ask. Very concerned on scheduling because they struggle with staffing issues. Very inclusive environment sometimes not for the best though.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Paris) in Jun 2025
Interview
Super easy, just asked me why I wanted to work there, obviously in French, and asked about my previous experience, what I would do if a customer was upset etc.
Standard interview process for coffee shop where you apply online and then get an interview. I’m a student so haven’t had experience but told them I’m a fast learner and love coffee
They asked me questions that I answered, it was quite relaxed and friendly. If I had got the job then I think I would have been happy working there for a long time.
