Interview
I had 3 interviews.
The first one was with one employee who did the HR work at the time. This was more of a personality based interview and to get an idea of your experience. But they also gave a couple problems which asked you to calculate a utility bill. Basic multiplication and division required.
The second was with one of the more technical employees. I got to ask questions about the software. After he was finished the CEO came in and interviewed you himself. He asked about my experience.
The third interview was with the President / Software Dev Manager. She just asked questions to learn how you solve problems.

Interview
I had an initial phone interview with the human resources person. My second interview was with the human resources person and the department director. The director asked all of the questions and the HR person took notes. After the interview I took a skills assessment. The skills assessment contained math questions and some technical questions (ex. What is stress testing? What is a denial of service attack?). The third round of interviews was with the CEO and CTO. They asked me about my work history, my understanding of the position, and my commitment to the company.
