Stars Behavioral Health Group interview questions

Entered a room with panel interview of five higher-ups. Each took turns asking questions. There was only one interview and they called back to offer me the job within two days of the interview. Interview process felt comfortable with no "gotcha" questions. I left with a good feeling because they were really good at selling the whole "we care about employees" thing, although the corporate nature of the job proved otherwise.

Completed application through company's site. Received a phone call from department director about two weeks later. First round interview I met with the department director. Second round I met with clinical supervisors and team leads. They had a printed list of questions to be asked in both interviews. The agency seems to place significant emphasis on employee job satisfaction, as well as, providing high quality care.
