Great easy interview with friendly management, went in had my interview and was hired immediately after the background check and reference check came through, I’m not sure what else to put here
Easy, no interview. they hire with in the company. Just come in on time and be the best producer. Start from the bottom and work your way up. I was offered in as an operator owner for 80k.

Two interviews were nessecary to get promoted to this position. Human Resources and the Division President. Everyone in upper management wants to see people succeed so it was more of a peep talk than an interview. Before hand there was a period where I was in an acting GM role. Too see if I could handle and enjoy the new position.
