My interview experience was slightly different to the usual process. It was a three day turn around and very abrupt, but the process was quick, efficient, and everyone was friendly.
The interview process was smooth, quick and enjoyable. My interviewer posed insightful questions that covered both soft and hard skills, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of my fit for the role. Her interview style was friendly and approachable, and she maintained clear, open communication throughout the entire process, which greatly enhanced the experience for me. The team I interviewed with next was equally welcoming and approachable, further reinforcing my confidence in the company culture.
