A day after submission of my resume online I got a phone call to set up an phone interview. All the questions during the phone interview really prepared me for my in person interview on site. The questions they they asked on the phone and in person were almost identical. In between phone interview and in person interview, I was required to complete online assessment for basis reading and typing skills.
