Flexibility in managing schedule, but poor resources and training

flexibility and ability to manage own diary

Cons

Low fuel expense (12p per mile), lack of communication and lack of training especially for new starters, work resources aren't great (smart phones can barely be used to read e-mails etc), no real "team" vibe so can feel quite isolating
