My interviews were conversational and very informative. Everyone was very professional but also laid back. They allowed me to ask questions and strongly encouraged me to reach out at any time if I had more questions later.

Interview
This was a 4 step process. The recruiter was super nice, short, sweet and to the point. She is energetic and friendly. After the phone interview (lasted about 15 minutes), I was emailed a few days later for an in person interview. The in person interview was supposed to be a panel interview but life happened (which happens often in transportation), so I spoke with the manager and he detailed the role. Once the VP of Freight was available we spoke briefly via video chat.
The interview process was very relaxed and organic. It was a refreshing spin on the badgering questions that is normally asked.
