I applied online. I interviewed at Stord in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online and got an email the following day to schedule an initial screening call with a recruiter. Relaxed conversation about past experience and connection to the role.
They expressed a lot of concern over the compensation requirements I'd listed and I clarified that the figure I'd listed was for total compensation -- salary, performance pay, equity, and other benefits total. The next day they emailed saying they wouldn't move forward because the high end of their compensation range was dramatically lower than what I'd quoted. This seemed odd to me as that would have placed the figure well below what even entry-level Business Analysts would be worth let alone Senior. I emailed to clarify that they were talking about total compensation and not straight salary and they ghosted.
Kind of an odd conclusion that left me feeling like things weren't on the up-and-up there to begin with.

Conversational background about how experience fit with the role.

Interview
The interview process was thorough, quick and efficient, and conversational. I first spoke with the recruiter before the first interview with the hiring manager. After a take-home assignment and reviewing it with the hiring manager, I spoke to a few others on the team and they assessed culture fit. All of the interviewees were interested in my philosophy on job responsibilities and past experience solving problems. The process was seamless and quick and the talent acquisition partner I got to work with was professional, easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
