Interview
The engineering interview process was very organized, thorough and everyone I met along the way took their time to answer any questions I asked. After the initial meeting with one of the recruiters, you'll meet the VP of Engineering or Engineering Manager. If things go well from there, you'll work on a take home project which turned out to be more fun than I was anticipating. Once you turn that in, you'll then move to the last stage which is a panel interview where most of the questions are behavioral and one interview will be a technical followup from your project. Was a very pleasant experience overall!

Question 1
For an engineering related role, the biggest focus is on a take home project so make sure you take your time on it and do the best work you can do to show what you know. One of the followup interviews will be going over the project in detail and asking you questions based on your implementation and what you would do differently if this was a real project that was going to go in production so make sure you prepare for that.

The company uses assessments of skills that are actually relevant to the job (instead of using toy programming problems). They allowed me to determine the pace of the technical assessment instead of arbitrarily limiting it to 30 minutes like some other places do.
