What KPIs would you use to determine customer satisfaction? Why STORD? Why start-up? What are your long-term goals? What is your experience with account management? Interview
Submitted application online and received an email notification from HR (Lindsey) to pick a time slot for a 15 minute interview. Made my selection, received a reminder the day prior and when I connected, no one showed up?? I reached out via text, email and LinkedIn Message if we could reschedule and never heard back. I hope nothing bad happened that caused Lindsey to miss the appointment, but the fact no one else followed through is rather unprofessional and says a lot about how they operate. I moved on.
