The First interview: Recruiter - very high energy and up beat. The Second Interview: Peer interview - very upbeat however didn't know anything about me from the recruiter interview. In fairness he was put on the spot last min. The Third interview: Interview was missed because of a scheduling error in their calendar system it was scheduled for EST not PST. Interview was rescheduled and again it seemed like no one talked to each other. Fourth Interview: Another peer/skip level interview: This was the most technical interview and they asked a lot of questions about specific aspects of the technology I was familiar with. I was told I did not get the job rather I was offered an alternative that better fit my experience and needs.
