Initial screening with recruiter which was very much like a two way conversation followed by a 45 minute call with the hiring manager. From there I participated in 3 30-minute Zoom interviews. All interviewers will very welcoming and easy to visit with.
I was an internal referral. The entire process took about 2 weeks. The first interview was with someone from the people ops org. Then I interviewed with hiring managers I could be working with in the future, and several cross functional peers. My recruiter sent me interview prep before the final interviews, so I felt very prepared going in to each round.
