The interview process experience for me was very fluid. I had a approximately 4 interviews and everyone was amicable. 1st interview was by phone with the recruiter, 2nd was with the Manager of the department, 3rd was onsite with a few team members, and the last interview was with my peer specifically.

I applied online. I interviewed at Stord (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2022
Interview
Submitted application, had initial phone interview. I passed the initial interview and scheduled a formal interview. On the day of my interview, I received an email from Jonathan that the position had already been filled. It was insulting and a waste of my time to schedule the next step only for the position to be filled on the same day of my interview. It's very disrespectful to applicants to not even hold up their end of checking to see how good of a fit all their applicants are who made it to the next round.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stord in Jul 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me after I applied and I had two typical phone screens (one with the talent acquisition specialist, the other with my prospective manager). After some time I had three follow-up interviews with a "People Operations Manager," my respective manager, and the VP of Engineering.

Question 1
Typical "what's your experience/background with this." There was an off the wall question involving dentists to help determine my "thought process" that was a lot of fun.
