Interview
The interview process at STORD was one of the better interview processes I have gone through, especially for a quickly-growing company. With a fast-paced work environment it is easy to neglect interviewees and this was not at all the case. They allowed ample time between interviews and were considerate of my timeline. I was asked questions about my current role and where I wanted to go, my thoughts on STORD, and where I would best add impact to the team. These types of questions I found much more enjoyable to answer than the typical "check off the box" interview questions I have previously experienced. I was overall very pleased with the interview process!
