Very Personable - They really take the time to get to know you and your personality to ensure you'd be a fit for their company culture and vice versa.....so make sure to stay true to your character.

Their recruiter Monica was amazing! She really does a great job prepping you for everything and keeping you in the loop. After the initial phone screening with her, there could be up to 3 rounds of interviews.

Basic interview/get to know you questions
Interview 2 (In-person):
Role play their script with one of the managers. It's not too hard if you practice a few times beforehand, but it depends on the manager.
Interview 3 (not sure location)
If they really like you there may not be a third interview, but this one is with the director and it's more of a vibe check.

Interview
Recruiter was very nice on my introduction call and emphasized how great the culture is and how much the company promotes from within. The promotion she mentioned did not make sense to me. When you reach a certain threshold you just get switched to salary but don't make more money.
