Their recruiter Monica was amazing! She really does a great job prepping you for everything and keeping you in the loop. After the initial phone screening with her, there could be up to 3 rounds of interviews. Interview 1 (via Zoom): Basic interview/get to know you questions Interview 2 (In-person): Role play their script with one of the managers. It's not too hard if you practice a few times beforehand, but it depends on the manager. Interview 3 (not sure location) If they really like you there may not be a third interview, but this one is with the director and it's more of a vibe check.
