I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Strategic Employment Partners (Boston, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
1 phone screen and two face to face interviews. I met with multiple team members and management. The interview was more conversational. The first call was a great chance for me to gauge my interest and learn more about the company/position. Likewise, they got a feel for what I was looking for in my job search.
During the two onsite interviews, I was able to interview and meet with team members across the spectrum of seniority (junior to senior level contributors as well as management).
