First you get an email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview the hiring manager will gave you a call and if the second phone interview with the hiring manager goes well then they will ask you to come in for an interview. Once the in person interview goes well finally a background and reference check is performed. Lastly you get a starting date after both the background and reference check is completed.

If it is a busy day and two students are complaining and the supervisors need you to complete the task... who will you help first and why.
First you are interviewed by HR. Then you go in to be interviewed in person. Next you submit your references. Lastly, you go through a background check. HR will then contact you after the process.
This was a normal interview process. I appreciated the quick turnaround between my application submission and their request for me to interview with the school. Nothing stood out about the process.
Initial phone interview during call back followed up by second in person interview with 3 managers. Must submit resume and verifiable references. Process took about 2 weeks to complete full background check.
